Tomato, Canadian Bacon and Smoked-Turkey Sandwich

(Makes 4 sandwiches)
- 12 slices, Canadian bacon
- 4 soft sandwich rolls
- 8 slices, smoked (or plain) turkey
- 1 medium tomato, cut into thick slices
Preheat the broiler. Place the bacon on a baking tray, and broil until lightly crisp. Drain on paper towels, and reserve.
To assemble the sandwiches, halve the rolls, and spread the halves lightly with the Russian dressing. Divide the bacon and the turkey among 4 of the halves. Top with the tomato, cover with the remaining bread halves and serve.
